摘 要：该文主要研究不同孔径精滤滤芯对不同等级、不同酒精度的白酒精滤后的影响。发现白酒经不同孔径的精滤滤芯过滤后，与未过滤酒样进行对比，均未表现出对风味成分的选择性吸附或截留效应，说明精滤滤芯孔径的大小对酒体风味物质无影响；活性炭过滤实验结果表明，滤芯孔径达到0.45μm时能够完全去除活性炭；硅藻土过滤实验结果表明，滤芯孔径达到0.65μm时能够完全去除硅藻土。该文为白酒灌装工序中保安过滤器精滤滤芯的选择提供了重要的参考依据。

Study on the Effect of Precision Filter Cartridge on the Quality of Baijiu Filling Process

Abstract：This paper mainly studied the effects of precision filter cartridges of different pore sizes on baijiu of different grades and alcohol contents after precision filtration. It was found that after filtration through precision filter cartridges of different pore sizes，compared with the unfiltered samples，there was no selective adsorption or retention effect on the flavor components，indicating that the pore size of the precision filter cartridges had no effect on the flavor substances of the liquor；Activated carbon filtration experiments showed that when the pore size of the filter cartridge reached 0.45 μm，activated carbon could be completely removed；Diatomite filtration experiments showed that when the pore size of the filter cartridge reached 0.65 μm，diatomite could be completely removed. This paper provides an important reference for the selection of precision filter cartridges for the security filter of the baijiu filling process.
